When I was searching for apartments I called 4 different places before I called Misty Oaks and they were the first to actually answer the phone Second, Erica was very professional, helpful, friendly, quick and concise. She gave the information needed and actually followed up when she said she would. The process from initially applying to giving the deposit and picking my apartment w/ move in date only took one full week! Overall the experience of securing the apartment has been a seamless one when it came to dealing with Misty Oaks. I will give a follow up review once I've actually moved in and lived there for a couple of months
