The overlook is by far the best apartment I’ve rented. We’ve lived here 2 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. The property manager Michael is wonderful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From giving tours to recommending spots around town he is extremely helpful and genuinely wants to give you the best rental experience possible. From the first time we called to the move in date and beyond Michael has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments are clean, freshly renovated and absolutely beautiful. The entire staff does an incredible job and goes above and beyond to make sure every little detail is perfect! I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment in Pensacola.
