Micheal, the property manager, has been very pleasant, prompt, and engaging during my entire application process. He has responded to my numerous of inquiries positively and without hesitation. Michael’s vision is truly reflecting in the new look. I am so excited to move into the newly renovated townhomes soon. I loved them before so I know I’m going to be ecstatic with all of the upgrades.

Beautiful brand new interior! We LOVE our apartment! It’s so quiet with a great view in the bedroom! No cars, no buildings, no people.. just nature!! Michael the property manager has been a huge pleasure to work with! He’s answered all of our questions beings we are first time renters and has been so patient with us! We love the Palmiere!
