Absolutely amazing staff and amazing apartments ! Ashley was always so helpful in ways that she could be. Not once have we ever encountered a bad experience here. We only moved because we’re a military family but if we were staying in Pensacola, we would’ve renewed our lease for as long as we’re there. Maintenance was always on top of fixing things right away. Definitely recommend these apartments.

I'm not sure about the poor reviews. I lived in this complex from DEC 2018 to MAY 2019. I had absolutely no problems. If I needed something fixed or serviced in the apartment, it was tended to that very day or the next day. I was in flight school at the time and I recommend this complex to those arriving in Pensacola for flight school.
