At least that’s how they make me feel. The rates and condition of the apartment have been great and this place is what I’m trying to model my new apartment complex off of. This is a safe place and you don’t have to stress about too many neighbors per building. Mine has 8 and it’s been pretty quite since I’ve lived here. I would definitely recommend this Cottonwood Creek as a place to live to any friends in need of a place to stay.
