I love my apartment, is very cozy and I don't have loud neighbors, the manager staff is very nice all the time and always respond back. I have not use the pool yet but I'm looking forward to. Something that I really like is when everything is covered by snow it creates a wonderful landscape. I see that is a family community and is really cute hearing the laughs of children playing on the park (that is not usual).

My daughter and I moved into Cottonwood 4 years ago when I moved from KC for a job and have to say we never had any issues to report. The maintenance was quick to respond to repairs and they did their best on some things that were just too old to fix. For example the sliding glass doors on most of the units are pretty outdated and the screen had to be replaced a couple of times but eventually the maintenance crew couldn’t get a screen door to fit and slide properly. Otherwise I really can’t give any bad feedback. I was worried in the beginning with being new to St. Joe and seeing that there were a lot of college people renting that there would be issues with noise but never did! It was always quiet and peaceful. I have definitely recommend the complex to others and have given positive feedback when some coworkers have asked about the place. Pam, Christy and Angel have always been friendly and helpful. I will miss them! Also a big thanks to the maintenance crew for always be prompt, professional and friendly! Even though I no longer call Cottonwood home and I will recommend if asked!
