I love living here! Cielo and Catherine along with maintenance and our housekeeper make it even a better apartment living experience. There are a few of things the team could improve on like shocking the pool to kill the unsightly algae, adding a TRX and Bosu to the gym, putting a fence around the outside dog relief area so the doggies can be off-leash, major repairs or upgrades to the freight elevator because it breaks down quite frequently, upgrading the dog washing area so we can use our own shampoo for our dogs, and providing actual half and half instead of the non-dairy creamer would be nice too. Maybe a vending machine at the office would be convenient as well, loaded with bucked-up drinks 🤭. There was an email sent out at some point advising pot smoking is prohibited on the grounds and the pot smell is not common but happens sometimes. Otherwise, my opinion is that the property management company is taking excellent care of the property. The staff takes keeping the integrity of the gates and points of entry seriously. Anything reported related to gates or external entry points is taken care of with urgency. Speaking of maintenance, the maintenance guys here are awesome! They take care of work orders within the same day or worst case by the next day. The club house is a great place to work from when you get tired of working from the apartment and you dont skip a beat with coffee there. The appliances work really well and I really like the fridge. I love the freezer being on the bottom with an ice maker. Cielo and Catherine put together really nice events for us in the community. The housekeeper, Josefa, is not just the property housekeeper but a friend and she keeps the property so nice and clean vacuuming every floor every other day and leaving the common areas sparkling and fresh smelling. They recently had all common area carpets washed and the halls smell so nice and fresh and they look so pretty. The neighbors here are pretty courteous and thoughtful when it comes to the noise in the pool area. There is one neighbor that is just loud but thankfully we have a courtesy officer that is engaged and actively keeps an eye on things. I have not had to report anything to her. The location is pretty choice. It is quiet enough to feel kinda burbs but so close to downtown, grocery stores, other shopping, and Memorial Park is our back yard. I am completely charmed by this place. If I were to move from here it would be to get a bigger apartment because I can't afford one here or because the quality of service ends up slipping. Disclaimer: During the last hurricane we lost power and water for six days. Though it is not the property management's fault, if you need to have a stable source of power and water due to medical reasons, I would go somewhere else or save to get a hotel room. That being said, no flooding occurred. I also did not see any mold growth in my apartment. During that time the office staff were on top of sending communication out to update us.

I moved in recently and have had nothing but great experience across the board at the Revl! I was supposed to move in the day Hurricane Beryl hit so I was basically emailing/contacting management every day to find out when I could move in- Ayron, Drew, and Vanya all answered within minutes of any email I sent and did everything within their power to make sure we had a smooth move in considering the circumstances. They even made sure to credit us back rent $ since we moved in later than our original move in day. I had a few small maintenance requests and within 2 hours they were at my door and fixed the issues I had immediately. We’ve had no issues with safety of garage at all, we’ve had guests over and the guest pass is easy (1 guest per lease holder and if you have extra guests there’s meter parking in the garage too). As a woman safety on this area was huge for me and I always feel very comfortable walking to and from my car/in the garage. Hallways are always kept clean, and apartment itself is awesome and very spacious. Definitely recommend!!!!

Almost been a month since i moved in and all i can say are great things so far. i’m still getting used to all the gates and the controls but whatever question or concern i have i always go to ariel. she listens and helps me with any problem that i have and has been such a great help with the move in process as well as the application process. she makes an effort to remember the names of the residents and always knows everything about everyone which in my eyes is a great thing. after the hurricane the elevators aren’t fully working but i’m not even mad because ariel has been effectively communicating all the issues and problems with the residents and keeping us updated almost everyday. i love azure, the residents and the loving staff.
