Review from the web

I just moved in last month and I've have already witnessed a Tenant Appreciation Day WOW!! I never new communities dis that! Thomas and Daisy came to the property and did a BBQ on their day off. That really meant a lot to me. I was homeless before I moved with Pangea and I explained that to Thomas. He told me to keep the faith and keep my head up and let God do the rest. He really encouraged my spirit that day. And you know, I got approved for the apartment. I'm glad we have a strong brother like that in our urban community. In today's society we need that for us and our kids. He is a true leader. Pangea needs his voice and style to run through all there communities especially those in the urban communities. Daisy is great in the office as well. whenever I walk in she gives the best service ever. I'm glad they are the leaders of our community

Review from the web

I have lived here for 3 years and before Pangea took over the company the maintenance service from the previous company was awful. I lived with mold for six months, plumbing was leaking they didn't want to fix anything . The new company came in did the repairs the way it should have been done in the first place and now my apartment is together. I would like to thank Saundra for always giving me great service putting my work orders in giving me great service and trying to fix the situation, I also want to think Thomas for looking at my unit and Ron for making sure maintenance got on top of everything and getting the work completed. Saundra even schedule the carpet to be clean and now home is really nice. I even signed my lease to stay was thinking of moving but Saundra assured me they would have my apartment back together Thanks for excellent customer service if it had not been for the team pushing to get my apartment back together they it should have been I might have moved out. I will say Saundra tried really hard to make things right when PMR was here but the previous maintenance staff didn't nothing Thanks for everything. Need more caring people like Saundra, Thomas and Ron Thanks

Review from the web

I have lived here for 10 months and I’m very pleased with my experience so far. I’m surprised that even though most of my neighbors are younger college students, that they’re all fairly quiet. I feel safe and Shannon and Shawn really care about their residents’ wellbeing. Since I’ve lived here, they’ve had the roofs all repaired, carpets replaced, and renovated the leasing office. They’ve had the dryers replaced to be app operated and upgraded to online rental payments. Shannon and Shawn are prompt to respond to maintenance issues and they keep open communication with all their residents.

Learn more about renting in Indianapolis, IN

Good ole Indy: a city that dominates in the fields of industry, commerce, sports and entertainment. Emphasis on the sports. Home to the Pacers and Colts, and the racing capital of the world, Indianapolis is shaped by its success in and celebration of sports. Feel the need for speed? This city hosts the Indy 500, one of the most popular sporting events in the world.

Yet amidst all the sports craze, Indianapolis is also seriously passionate about the arts. Between the free and fabulous exhibits at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and a host of live music offerings, this city is hungry for culture. But it's also hungry for tenderloin sandwiches, sugar cream pie and persimmon pudding. Is your mouth watering yet? With breweries, business, and bang for your buck, Indianapolis strikes a desirable balance – it's fairly easy to navigate and offers a strong sense of community, but isn't so small that it lacks the amenities and offerings that one finds in a big city. Your new neighbors, the Hoosiers, are a friendly, welcoming bunch, proud of where they live and whatever joy they've cultivated at the "Crossroads of America." All this city needs to spice it up is you. Or maybe the notoriously spicy shrimp cocktail from Indianapolis landmark St. Elmo Steakhouse.

Methodology: How we got this data

Zumper’s proprietary rental data fuels our analysis. Rent and market trends, availability, neighborhood popularity, and lifestyle scores are all calculated using real-time and 2024 rental inventory and prices.

Our Lifestyle Categories ("great for eco-living," "great for social life," "great for pet owners," etc.) are determined by set criteria, against which we score each listing and its available features. At the neighborhood level, we calculate the listing count for each category to determine which lifestyles best fit each area.

Zumper, founded in 2012, is North America’s largest privately-owned rental platform, offering over 1 million listings across the U.S. and Canada. Stay informed on the latest trends and shifts in the rental market with our monthly National Rent Report, your go-to resource for key insights into the evolving rental landscape.
