We moved here just over 4 years ago from Missouri. Ms. Annette was so helpful in our move here. Yes there have been some minor maintenance stuff here and there but that is to expected with any property especially property as old as this. She always does her best by us and is truly appreciated! Shane the new maintenance man is awesome. He is very thorough and very friendly. This is a safe community never have to worry about problems with neighbors or anything major. I guess our only Complaint would be that our rent has jumped over $300 since we moved in. But other than that we love our home, our community and our Landlord! Thank Ms. Annette for all you've done for my family. You are appreciated.

I moved here in February. The location is about as perfect as you can find in downtown Cincinnati. Next door to the best restaurants and a few steps from fountain square and public transportation. The units are gorgeous. I love the kitchen layout and light fixtures and the views of downtown. The other Airbnb units have not been an issue at all on our floor. Management can be slow to reply, but anything important gets done quickly and Ken our leasing agent has been terrific.
