Lived here for about five years and I’ve enjoyed my stay. One of my favorite apartments that I lived in. Definitely a more professional crowd and the neighbors were friendly. I’ve felt safe staying here. You do get a little bit of the city noise but that’s living downtown for you. It’s a lot quieter than down at the banks or OTR.
Management runs a tight ship and is proactive which is refreshing. If I had any concerns, they would look into it. My only advice to them is bring back the 18 month leases, I know a few of my neighbors miss it.
Maintenance was always prompt and they did a great job.

I have lived at seven for 3 months now and I absolutely LOVE it here. Jessica is the reason I am living here and she made the move in process very easy. There are multiple bars and restaurants very close, and the rooftop is awesome. Highly recommend!

Great place to live! Apartments are awesome and very spacious. They are well built as well. Never had any problems with noise coming from neighbors. The downtown view is one of the coolest things about living here. You never get tired of seeing the Cincinnati sunsets. Management/leasing office is super helpful and accommodating. Maintenance is also great. Rarely had any issues, but when I did it would be fixed within 24 hours. The apartment building is also super safe, which is one of the main things I was looking for. Overall, I am extremely happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend for anyone in the Cincinnati area.

I have had an excellent experience living in Seven at Broadway. The building is absolutely beautiful, feels extremely new, and is in a perfect location for anyone wanting to live in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati. It's a quick walk from OTR, the Banks, and Fountain Square, but the building itself benefits from being in a quiet part of the city. The NAP Properties team are exceptional; they respond almost immediately to any needs, and maintenance requests are typically fulfilled within the day they are requested. And the amenities are wonderful, especially the gorgeous rooftop which has beautiful views of the city!

We lived at Seven at Broadway for almost a decade. We had our first daughter there, "survived" the pandemic, and made a lot of really good friends. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance team is responsive especially for smaller things (fixing a toilet, unclogging the disposal, or swapping out a hard to reach lightbulb). Basically, if you are nice to them, they'll treat you great. If you're a jerk, you reap what you sow. anyway, the building is generally well kept. There is a small but mighty cleaning staff that gives the common areas a once-over. The rooftop is nice and you only find other people up there on certain occasions such as the Labor Day Fireworks. One thing to know is that Seven is a dog-friendly building and there are a LOT of them because there are nearby parks and even a dog park "Fido Field." So those scared of dogs, be warned. Safety was never a concern for us, heck we kept our front door unlocked most of the time. The price was fair and rent didn't seem to go up more than 5-10% from year to year. We will miss living there.

I am a new resident at Seven at Broadway and I absolutely LOVE my apartment. I was diligent in the selection process when deciding on an apartment downtown. Brandon was awesome to work with, took time to show me multiple options at all properties. So glad I decided on Seven at Broadway. The building is so quiet and the apartments are beautiful. I highly recommend Seven at Broadway for the best in downtown living.
For a great place to live, look no further!
The location of this building downtown is superb. Seven is on a quiet block on the east edge, yet walking-distance to all of the essentials. If you happen to park in Seven's secure garage, it's simple to get onto both I-71 N and I-471 S. One block away, there is a nice new outdoor space that Seven residents have access to, with grills, outdoor furniture, and a dog park at one side separated from the rest by a fence.
On the inside, it's a solid, modern building with two elevators and very little noise (if any) from other apartment units. Pet-friendly and also very clean. It's a secured building with concierge services available, perfect for professionals who travel or those who need to be on the go.
Finally, the management is friendly and accessible. Their office is nearby, and now and then they'll put on a get-together so that residents can meet and socialize. Every maintenance request has been addressed swiftly, and those that turned out to be non-issues were explained in a courteous way by the maintenance team.
Whether you're moving for work or seeking a more active downsized life after the kids go on to adulthood, I highly recommend it.

We moved in here about three months back and the whole experience from selecting our apartment unit to settling down, and now day to day living has been excellent.
Apart from a great location and modern construction, a huge credit goes to the resident managers and the maintenance staff. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and bring about a community spirit. I would recommend Seven and Encore to anyone looking for an on the go, zero maintenance and a super friendly living experience in the downtown.
