We have only been here for 9 months and were looking to expand to another apartment complex, from where we currently reside, that would suit our families needs, better. It is always nerve wracking when looking for apartments but with Preserves Parc, it was peaceful! Bethany has exceptional interpersonal skills, professional as they come, and a radiant personality. When I think of living somewhere I always want to make sure I connect with the management first and foremost, regardless of how nice a place is, it is more valuable for us to enjoy the quality of the people who work there. Bethany absolutely sold it for us. I feel I could call her for anything and she would be there if I had any concerns. Along with the apartments being beautiful, the customer service was what made it. Even Mackayla in the front office had a fun, sweet, kind nature about her. She made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. Though we have not moved in just yet, we will be because of the great experience and kindness of the staff. I will post another update when we fully move in and get more of a feel for this beautiful community, to give a more in depth commentary of what we will experience as residents. We are so very excited. Everyone should give this place a check before going else where. You'll feel the warmth we did. Especially as a mom, this is extremely important! I Look forward to getting to experience more with our new community in the near future!

This place is an absolute nightmare. As a homeowner nearby its embarrassing and shameful. People from this apartment complex (obviously it isn’t everyone) are constantly throwing trash up and down the street. There are drug deals happening all the time. Cops are called there very often and it makes our area look bad to potential good buyers and renters. Recently there was a shooting. Of course a lot of the problems happen late at night when folks are trying to sleep. People from the apartments speed up and down the street putting others (and themselves) in danger. The owners have been asked to clean up the area by several homeowners nearby but it’s clear they could care less about the crime, constant noise, and mess or how it affects anyone nearby.
