Great views and right in front of Coolidge park - you honestly can’t beat the location. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Whole Foods and Publix are just up the road. Pet friendly. Gated garage parking. Community laundry room on each floor and W/D hookups in room. Respectful people living here and management is kind and responsive. For the price this is probably the largest apt you can get in the downtown area and the high cielings and big windows make it even better. The only downside I can think of is that Frazier ave can get busy and quite noisy due to traffic. Overall, highly recommend!

As others have posted before, these are the biggest apartments that you can get downtown for the price. I've lived in both a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a Studio and they were both big enough for all of my stuff. The views of Coolidge Park from my apartment are second to none and the Wifi/parking included is a real bonus as well. Brenda and Rich have been nothing short of awesome since taking over as manager of the building. Living here has really been great as it's close to downtown, hiking, and everything Northshore has to offer. It really does feel like Coolidge is your backyard and the bridge is a personal walking route. The only thing I can really knock is that I miss the roof being open, but I think most residents will agree it needed work done.
