This place is an absolute nightmare. As a homeowner nearby its embarrassing and shameful. People from this apartment complex (obviously it isn’t everyone) are constantly throwing trash up and down the street. There are drug deals happening all the time. Cops are called there very often and it makes our area look bad to potential good buyers and renters. Recently there was a shooting. Of course a lot of the problems happen late at night when folks are trying to sleep. People from the apartments speed up and down the street putting others (and themselves) in danger. The owners have been asked to clean up the area by several homeowners nearby but it’s clear they could care less about the crime, constant noise, and mess or how it affects anyone nearby.
