The property manager does a great job communicating with her tenants, and makes sure issues are fixed in a timely manner. The pool is cleaned weekly, and it's a pet friendly environment. I've only ever had issues with the hot water, but was fixed within a couple of weeks of me moving in. Any other problems have since been fixed within a couple days of putting a work order.
