Have never rented here and won't. Attempted to set up a viewing even scheduled an appointment. Got a call the day of the appointment asking if I can reschedule to later that day. I was supposed to work and let her know that but ended up being able cancel the overtime I was scheduled to work ( cause I am a single mom and needed the money.) called to let her know that I could push it out and got no answer. When she called back I let her know that I had cancelled working today ( she was aware that I was supposed to work) and she said that she had to cancel. She didn't care that I had canceled my life to fit in to her busy schedule just canceled. Her excuse was that the guy that was supposed to do the showings was in training. Why make appointments if you already knew he was unavailable. She was just to busy to rent apartments. If this is how they treat potential residents I can only imagine the atrocities that an actual tenant lives through at these townhouses!!! Not professional at all.
