The apartment is managed by Maddox Managemnt at the moment. The laundry is not reliable. All units have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is an open entrance to the block which might raise security concerns. The back doors to the block are also usually open.

Apartment itself was nice but management does nothing about keeping the complex secure or tidy.
