Jeremiah is the best maintenance staff. We had our guest toilet not work for since we moved in, 3 different maintenance people tried to fix it. And he got it working also came and fix all of our other problems with no issues. Super nice, a very kind person wanting to help fix problem. Would recommend him

Best place I've lived in Albuquerque so far. I've had no problems with bugs or crime. I feel safe here and there is always plenty of parking. The grounds are beautiful as well. Some water shutoffs, but I've lived here for a year and for the price I am very happy with it.
