I am looking for someone to take over my current lease at my two bedroom apartment. I am moving to San Francisco for a new job at the end of May, and I happened to just sign a 14 month lease in February at this apartment. The lease runs until May 2021. My roommate, a girl in her 20s, will remain renting the other room in the apartment. She is extremely friendly, quiet and trustworthy, and she also has the cutest cat and dog! She works in skincare and also runs her own side business in the same industry. She works a lot and keeps to herself, but is also a great personality! We are looking for a potential FEMALE roommate for her, someone that is respectful and trustworthy. The apartment complex is located in Newport Beach, CA (92663) near the cross streets of Irvine Ave. & 17th Street. It’s a great location, only a few minutes drive from Balboa Peninsula and the best beaches in Orange County. The complex is surrounded by very nice neighborhoods, is extremely close to Triangle Square and many grocery stores, restaurants, and schools, and has excellent amenities! The gym is large with all new equipment and was remodeled last year. The complex has two pool and hot tub areas, dog parks, parking structures, tennis courts, basketball courts, new outdoor BBQs, an outdoor lounge with a TV and many other great perks! The complex is clean and safe, being that it’s gated, has security, and an on-site leasing office with a helpful staff. The apartment itself was remodeled shortly before our move-in date in February this year. It has a new kitchen, with new appliances, new bathrooms and cabinets, all hardwood laminate floors, a big fully furnished living room with a 72 inch smart TV, a large balcony overlooking the main pool and spa area, basketball courts, and a sunset view every night! It’s also the third floor corner unit in the building, making it safe from intruders etc. There is also an elevator and on-site laundry room right down the hall from the apartment. The ROOM itself is actually the larger of the two and is the master bedroom. It has two big closets with mirror doors, one with two clothing racks, the other with one but is larger sized. Great for storage and plenty of space with the extra, large cabinets near the bathroom. It has its own bathroom with a big standup shower. The window faces the west so the sun never wakes you up in the morning, so great for sleeping in!
