Perfect place to live if you’d like your car to get broken into and nothing done about it multiple complaints and the landlord said she’s not the police and that it’s up to the tenants to protect their cars from getting broken into there is a camera that was told worked but when asked about the footage it didn’t work the apartments are cheaply renovated I’m a carpenter and I wouldn’t say I’m the best but the towel holder in the bathroom was held up against the dry wall and didn’t even hit a stud the landlord has poor communication so any problems you may have could take weeks possibly months until you get a reply every year they have slowly raised rent but the quality of the apartments do not meet the standards
