The complex was built in the early 1920's and the buildings, as well as the apartments, retain a lot of the original charm of that era: e.g. decorative fireplaces, high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, original hardwood floors, etc. All 3 of our buildings can now boast double-pane, energy efficient windows throughout!
