Dominion Apartments is located in a quiet cul de sac in northwestern Akron. These cozy apartments feature balconies, spacious kitchens and living rooms, with a majority of them having garages attached to the units. Call or stop by our Akron leasing office to learn more about your future dream home! -1-3 bedroom townhomes and apartments -Townhome style layouts with garages -Average unit size 675-1,050 sq. ft $35 application fee. Pets allowed 45 lbs or under and non aggressive breeds only with $250 non refundable pet fee and $25.00 monthly pet rent. Resident pays electricity as well as fee for water, Security deposit is the same as one month rent amount. Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.
