This was a great apartment for just one person who’s looking for a cheap place to live. Only issue I had was that they find bad excuses for why you don’t get all of your security deposit back. We had everything deep cleaned and even the maintenance guy came in while we cleaned and he mentioned that it looks sharp and good to go. They ended up taking off $300 on my deposit and $50 of it was for a smoke detector that had no problems. Be careful living here because they are bad at communicating with you.
