The home is located near everyday shopping, restaurants, West Akron parks, the Akron Zoo, Cleveland Clinic Akron General, downtown Akron, and major roadways. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Water, sewer, and trash are provided for a $150 monthly utility fee. Application fee: $50 per applicant. We do not accept Zillow applications. Pet fees: $300 pet deposit for the first pet and $150 for each additional pet, with a maximum total pet deposit of $600 per household. Monthly pet rent is $45 per pet.
