The 1,100-1,200 square feet of living space boasts front and back entrances, one and a half baths, spiral staircases, private balconies, laundry connections, and garages. You'll be sure to agree that coming home is the best part of the day. -2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floor plans -Spacious 1,100-1,200 square feet townhomes -Garage for each two bedroom and balcony for each unit Amenities -Package Service -Playground & Walking Trails -Grilling and Picnic Area Apply online today $35 application fee. Pets allowed 45 lbs or under and non aggressive breeds only with $250 pet fee. Resident pays electric as well as a monthly $45 flat fee trash, pest control and sewer (fee depends on unit type). Security deposit is the same as one month rent amount. Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.
