They have always been super helpful in the front office and quick to remedy any concerns. The property is centrally located and allows my family the opportunity to remain fit along the greenway and walk within a 1-mile radius for all of our needs. We can also walk to our favorite food places, bars, and neighborhood spa. The streetcar is less than a block from my back door and we’re fortunate enough to only have to go downstairs to French Truck Coffee (our fave) to change the scenery for work or just enjoy a bite to eat. I would probably never leave if it weren’t for eventually wanting to own a home. I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out their wonderful property manager, Ms. Geneva. She’s a rockstar who knows how to handle business!

This is a brand new complex in a great location. It's wonderful being less than a block from two coffee shops and a short walk from shops and restaurants on both Magazine and St. Charles. The rent seems fair. Management was very accommodating with our move, and the one maintenance request we've had was addressed the next day. My only complaints are that the parking spaces are narrow and there is no garbage disposal.
