We have been here just over a year and we love The Kingsley! The property is beautiful, the community is great, and Greg is always incredibly helpful whenever we have any questions. Out of all the apartments I have lived in, The Kingsley has the best amenities especially the gym. They also have great community events. We recently renewed our lease and are looking forward to spending next year here!

The Kingsley is honestly a great place to live. Greg the leasing manager is so helpful approachable and friendly and maintenance requests are resolved very quickly if you have any. John the maintenance guy is also very knowledgeable and able to fix things very quickly. They have community events where you can meet and socialize with neighbors which are all very nice people. Only downside is not much visitor parking which can get tricky if you plan to have guests. There are no issues with pests and the apartments look nice
