I have had an amazing experience moving into the Masonry Apartments. The beautiful ladies in the leasing office, Patty and Joaniss, made me feel so welcome. They made the process and transition of moving into the apartments easy and effortless. The way they walk you through every step of the leasing process was excellent; clear and understandable. If they are not available over the phone, they are available in person to resolve any issues. I am very pleased with their accessibility. The maintenance team is outstanding as well. Most issues I had with my apartment were taken care of immediately. They respond to the maintenance call line right away. The pride in taking care of the property that the maintenance team has is wonderful. When I first moved in, I was concerned about the dog waste all over the sidewalks in front of the properties left by passerbys, but was soon made aware that the maintenance team cleans it up every morning. I was also so relieved and elated that they accepted my pitbull without question. In addition, I'm so close to so many phenomenal spots in the city; I can't wait to explore once I settle in. I am so happy to be living here, and thankful to such a helpful, caring, and professional leasing and maintenance team. I look forward to living here for a while. Thank you :)

The Masonry is a fantastic apartment complex that perfectly captures the city vibes of Richmond. The floor plans are spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room to relax and entertain. The leasing office staff are true professionals, always helpful and friendly, making the leasing process a breeze. One of the best features of The Masonry is its accessibility to local eateries. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local food scene. Additionally, the walkability to the River Walk Canal is a major highlight. It's a beautiful area to stroll along the water and take in the sights. Overall, I highly recommend The Masonry for anyone looking for a modern apartment with a great city atmosphere. The leasing office is top-notch and the location can't be beat.
