The Apartment Homes of Wildwood Preserve is nestled on 22 acres, just steps from everything you need. We are conveniently located seconds from I-94, the new, IKEA, Meijer, and the heart of Oak Creek: Drexel Town Square. Despite our proximity to these amenities, our rural setting offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We are also just 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, 30 minutes from the Kenosha Outlet Mall, and an hour from Chicago. This 2-bedroom apartment is budget-friendly and meets various living needs. Not only are we affordably priced, but each breathtaking apartment includes heat, water, sewer, trash removal, and one outdoor assigned parking spot. Additional parking spots are available for an extra $25.00 per month. Some of the wonderful features of our great apartments include extra storage in the basement, ample closet space, and a full-size range and refrigerator. Each apartment also comes with its own patio or balcony. Still not convinced our apartments are as wonderful as we claim? All units also feature wall-to-wall carpeting and an A/C unit located in the living room. You can also rely on our convenient laundry facilities in the basement, which include two coin-operated washers and dryers. Do you have a cat or two? We welcome cats with no security deposit! The pet fee is $19 per pet per month, with a limit of two cats (must be front-declawed). (Please note, due to occupancy laws & property acquisition, all Phase II units do NOT include pool access.)

You may also rely on our convenient laundry facilities in the basements of all buildings, not to mention free storage lockers. Even though we are close to Milwaukee, you can still enjoy the benefits of small-town rural living. We are steps away from the new Meijer and Drexel Town Square. If it's a late night snack you are craving, we are now seconds from Kwik Trip. Looking for fun things to do in the summer, other than swimming? We are just right down the road from the new library, and where the future Farmer's Markets and Rummage Sales will be held. On top of all of this, we also allow up to 2 cats per unit, with a $19.00 monthly fee per cat. Wow! Call us today to see your new home before it is gone!
