Despite our proximity to these amenities, our rural setting offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We are also just 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, 30 minutes from the Kenosha Outlet Mall, and an hour from Chicago. This 2-bedroom apartment is budget-friendly and meets various living needs. Not only are we affordably priced, but each breathtaking apartment includes heat, water, sewer, trash removal, and one outdoor assigned parking spot. Additional parking spots are available for an extra $25.00 per month. Some of the wonderful features of our great apartments include extra storage in the basement, ample closet space, and a full-size range and refrigerator. Each apartment also comes with its own patio or balcony. Still not convinced our apartments are as wonderful as we claim? All units also feature wall-to-wall carpeting and an A/C unit located in the living room. You can also rely on our convenient laundry facilities in the basement, which include two coin-operated washers and dryers. Do you have a cat or two? We welcome cats with no security deposit! The pet fee is $19 per pet per month, with a limit of two cats (must be front-declawed). (Please note, due to occupancy laws & property acquisition, all Phase II units do NOT include pool access.) |
