Update after 18 month living in Ave: We have lived in the Ave for 16 months and we more than happy to call it our home! The apartment complex has everything we needed: spacious, clean and well equipped apartments, fitness center, pool, mail service, fast WiFi, garage parking, community events. The community is super nice and the location is very convenient. Everybody in a team is super friendly, accommodating, always smiling and ready to help! From the day we moved in we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The team is amazing, they take really good care about the community and the residents, it’s always clean, all the maintenance requests are always professionally solved within 24 hours. Various community events create the feeling of united community and a family. It’s always a joy to communicate with Lyndsey, Lesley, Colleen, Valentina , they all create a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere in the community and take care about the residents! Thank you for creating this feeling of HOME and all your efforts and work! We will miss every one of you! Ave Clifton is a beautiful community! The location is just perfect, it is safe and quiet. The property is great, there is everything we need: spacious, clean and well equipped apartments, fitness center, pool, mail service, fast WiFi, garage parking, community events. The community is also pet friendly. Everybody in a team is super friendly, accommodating, always smiling and ready to help! From the day we moved in we are feeling very welcomed and comfortable. It’s just a pleasure to communicate with Lyndsey Jordan, Lesley Charles, Colleen, Valentina and Ashley, they all create a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere in the community! From the day we arrived we are enjoying living here and never regret we chose Ave Clifton to be our home!

Home far away :) Great , luxurious place to live in NY. So far 5 star experience , everything is build / designed to make us the customers / residences happy ! Easy parking , Really great staff , helpful whenever asked Good gym area , very decent size , with lots of sports equipments Pool is bit small but does the job, the pool surroundings is designed well They accept Amazon / delivery packets on your behalf , and store it security , really nice It's always clean One down site is , if you are in level 1 or 2 , and have a loud upper level neighbor, you can for sure hear their steps , and as I said if they are loud , this can be bit inconvenience, but again it all depends on your neighbor
