I've had a wonderful experience living at Eaton Village in Chico. The location is ideal, offering beautiful surroundings that are perfect for walking a dog or simply enjoying a stroll. The move-in process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. I began the moving process a month in advance, and Jason ensured everything was organized and ready for a smooth transition. The management team has been incredibly kind and accommodating throughout. The apartment itself is perfect for my partner and I. Everything is exactly as advertised, and we've had no issues or concerns. If you're looking for a hassle-free move and a great place to live, I highly recommend Eaton Village! :)

In the 2+yrs we've been here I can honestly say things have been getting better. Rough patch with past management and the new ones are on it. Constant rejuvenation to the complex is cool minus the constant parking issues but understandable. Neighbor issues can be an problem for families on the 2nd floor, bad noise reverberation to the ones below. Outdated HVAC systems and airflow issues to the master bedroom. Shout out Bryan for always being one to go the extra mile in helping resolve issues fast. Overall I'd give a 8.5/10.
