Hello! We are two military officers that work at Schriever seeking a third roommate. Your room would be $700/mo + utilities and is approx 10' x 12' with a closet. The house is new and has: a laundry room with washer and dryer, shared bathroom, stainless steel appliances, small gravel backyard, gym with everything you'd need, walking trails nearby (with playground, basketball court, huge swath of land for dogs), and parking available in the garage. We're both quiet, clean, non-smoking and would prefer someone similar. Pets are not currently allowed by the owner and the lease requires one month's rent as a security deposit.
