First of all Google Maps shows the wrong place on the map for this building and shows a spot on a different street. On a Thursday I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday and got confirmation for my appointment. On Friday I got a text saying they leased the apartment I had an appointment to see and they asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment but I told them I was still interested in seeing the property if possible. I was told they'd get back to me and they never did so I showed up for my appointment on Saturday and the building was locked, so I called the agent and was told she'd call me back shortly. I got a text that said tours for the day were cancelled because of the weather (it was overcast and misting on and off). I called with my sister who was helping me tour apartments and was told the agent wasn't even on site and that we should've scheduled an appointment for a general tour after our first one was cancelled, but it was never actually cancelled. Then she told us that it was our choice to go to the building even though she never got back to us about changing the appointment and never actually cancelled it, then she hung up on us.
