I like the environment of these apartments my neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner thanks in part to a very efficient office management.

I have been living here for 5 years now. I do not have any complaints. If there are any criminal activity in the area it isn't random. My apartment has never been broken into and maintenance is always on point. I do not have roaches. Anything that has been wrong in my apartment has been fixed and in a timely manner. Rent has risen a lot in that time frame with no upgrades but I still wont complain because its reasonable. If you are looking for something reasonable and in a decent neighborhood, I suggest you coming here. I stay to myself and speak to my neighbors but I am never bothered by anyone. I like it here!
