The apartment got a full renovation from New Floors and New kitchenette and New bathroom lav and mirror. Fun new stylish overhead fan to top it off. This is not a 1 bedroom but almost. Must see to appreciate. And it is priced a LOT below a 1 bedroom for this part of Santa Monica. We are a Smoke Free building. This also pet-free rental. We are steps away from the Third Street Promenade or a short walk up to the best shopping and dining in town on Montana Ave. The sunsets are great on the Ocean Bluff or across the walk bridge to the beach for fun.
