Cockroach problem. Not horrible, but annoying. Management took care of it as best they could, although it took them a long time to do something about it. Management is rarely on site and emergency maintenance is wildly unhelpful. These two things were really frustrating. The hot tub is always broken. Pool is nice though and the outdoor area is beautiful. Our apartment flooded after a heavy rain, management did next to nothing about our damaged items. The did fix the wall, however, in a timely manner.
