I have to say Andrea who is the manager is an amazing person and one of the main reasons we ended up moving to the Residence of Merrick Park in these trying time. We needed a place to live ASAP and she couldn’t be more accommodating, helpful and informative. It’s been almost a week and she still is going over and above what any company could hope for in a manager and as an employee. I hope her hard work and kindness is recognized especially in throughout these trying times.

Hey, I lived in the Residences for a year and a half, and it was such a beautiful place to stay. The convenience of having the mall at my doorstep was definitely such a plus. The leasing office was always so helpful, notably Kevin and Andrea, who always were so willing to help me with anything. Really do recommend staying here, if you want a more quiet and more residential area, with less university student living.
