I have to say Andrea who is the manager is an amazing person and one of the main reasons we ended up moving to the Residence of Merrick Park in these trying time. We needed a place to live ASAP and she couldn ’t be more accommodating, helpful and informative. It’s been almost a week and she still is going over and above what any company could hope for in a manager and as an employee. I hope her hard work and kindness is recognized especially in throughout these trying times.

Hey, I lived in the Residences for a year and a half, and it was such a beautiful place to stay. The convenience of having the mall at my doorstep was definitely such a plus. The leasing office was always so helpful, notably Kevin and Andrea, who always were so willing to help me with anything. Really do recommend staying here, if you want a more quiet and more residential area, with less university student living.

We lived at Merrick Park for more than 2yrs and were very happy with the community. The building is well maintained and well managed. Claudio and Andrea were very professional and attentive. Highly recommended to anybody looking to move to the area.

WOW. I stumbled into these residences from Google and as I spend much time in Merrick Park anyways- these units are so private that I didn't even know that they were here and I LOVE that. Kaaman was so helpful during my move & made every part absolutely seamless. Even the one day he was out of the office he made efforts to put me into contact with Andrea who was so friendly and helpful as well. Kaaman sealed the deal for me! I enjoy my spacious, bright and well maintained unit! I am not moving any time soon and already renewed my lease for next year in my head!

With direct private access to Merrick Park's shops and restaurants, the Residences at Merrick Park enjoy a privileged location in the Gables. The units are bright, spacious and well maintained. In many ways, the units feel like condo units instead of rental apartments. The fitness center is well-appointed and the pool/terrace area is beautiful and enjoys a great view of the gardens. The on site staff is warm, attentive and caring. The Assistant Manager, Andrea Landin, made the leasing experience downright enjoyable. She has gone well out of her way to make us feel very much at home. Overall, there is no better place in the area.

I lived at the Residences of Merrick Park for over 2 years. This is the best building I have ever lived in hands down. The apartments are well maintained and spacious with the most perfect location. Kaaman, Andrea and Claudio truly made me feel at home and were always extremely attentive if I ever had an issue or question. Their professionalism is unparalleled and I really enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. Maintenance was also very prompt and completed any requests with great precision. The amenities are fabulous, I thoroughly enjoyed the pool area as well as the club room. If I wasn’t moving from Coral Gables I would have stayed in this building for as long as possible. If you are looking for an impeccable location, the kindest management team, and spacious apartments this is the place for you!
