I have lived here for 10 years and my cats and I are absolutely content! My own apartment is the perfect size for me; Mike, our onsite maintenance genius, is prompt and professional and friendly whenever there is a problem; our property manager, Andrea, has her office on site and is readily available to help with anything that is needed. Even though we are located right on a busy section of Montgomery Avenue, the street noise is barely audible, thanks to the rich trees and landscaping in front of the buildings. The property is beautifully maintained, inside and out. Public areas such as hallways and stairwells are cleaned several times a week. The outdoor grounds are well manicured and full of trees and flowers in the spring and summer. Snow removal in winter is prompt and efficient, making the walkways and parking lots as safe as possible. Management frequently accommodates upgrades whenever your lease renews. For example, if your apartment needs to be repainted or the tub reglazed, these are considered reasonable requests and will be done at your convenience. Obviously I have never moved out, but from past tenants I know that the move-out process is handled smoothly, fairly, and as easy as the move in process. Anyone considering moving to the area should definitely consider this apartment complex!
