Our stay at Marquam Manor has been excellent. Beautiful building with great views! The level of professionalism and customer service that was provided to us by our Landlady Maria was top notch. It’s evident she takes pride in what she does and is passionate about making the experience as easy as possible for tenants. She truly has been an absolute joy working with and always went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care. There hasn’t been one question or concern that she didn’t know the answer to, and of course was always prompt in responding and in taking action. Will be recommending KBC rental properties to all.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience living in Marquam Manor! Everything, from the location to my interactions with building management, was excellent. While it is an older building, occasional issues arose, but management responded promptly, and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Having a manager who lives on-site made communication very easy. The noise levels from other tenants were minimal, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet—though you might hear helicopters heading to OHSU hospital a few times a day (and night). The building also offers on-site laundry facilities and bike storage. My husband and I lived there for three years, starting in a studio apartment before moving to a one-bedroom unit with a stunning view of Mount Hood. The move-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and our full deposit was returned on time. If you appreciate living in a place with a touch of history, I highly recommend Marquam Manor!
