On my second year living here. Great spot if you frequent FMB, sanibel, or Captiva. Area itself feels very homey. Away from all the traffic in fort myers but still only 15 minutes to get there. Have had some problems with neighbors at the complex across the street, lago de sol, but that’s the only real issue I’ve had. The office will help you no matter what you need, always very responsive and quick to act. The inspiration for writing this today came from the maintenance team. My ac went out last night around 4 am. I do have a portable unit I’ve held onto for years so I did not need to call the emergency number. So I called at 9 when the office opened, someone was here by 10, and ac is fixed by 11. I am considering moving after my current lease term but the only reason in this is to be closer to a new job.
