For 814/month you'll have your own completely furnished bedroom and bathroom, as well as a shared, modernly furnished kitchen and living area. You'll be living in a zero-net energy driven complex, run by solar panels. Very environmentally friendly, with included plasma TV, dining table, 2 sofas, and balcony. Queen bed, desk, personal bathroom, and walk in closet also included. Furniture is super modern, this is basically the apartment complex everyone in Davis knows about. ON CAMPUS. Located at a 5 minute bike ride distance from the center of campus. 2 pools, gym, and over 7 study rooms. Internet is also included. Currently 3 very kind, funny, clean, and studious girls occupy the other 3 bedrooms of the apartment.
