The Lexington is one of the best apartment options in Davis. The apartments are well taken care-of, and if something isn't, the sweet maintenance staff will be there to fix it in no-time. The amenities are great: study room, free printing, coffee & tea, workout and studio room, pool table, pool, etc. You are also located right next to a liquor store and in-n-out, which is always a huge plus. Downtown is about a 5 minute walk and campus is around a 15 minute walk or less than 10 minute bike ride. Most importantly, everyone that works there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They learn your name and apartment number almost immediately and make you feel right at home. The Lexington is a fantastic option for anyone searching for a place to live in Davis!

Living at The Lexington has been great! The workers are super friendly and make you feel extremely welcomed! The amenities are great as well. Can’t even put into words how thankful I am for the 24 hour study room. The property is clean and safe, and the apartments are spacious!
