Nikki and Angel do a great job managing Aire apartments. The maintenance team has also been very quick to complete service orders. I highly recommend these apartments.

The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few miles.

I recently relocated to town and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly office staff at Aire. Stephanie took her time to show me various apartment floor plans and explained the nearby shopping and grocery stores. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am excited to rent an apartment in November.
I've been living in a studio apartment for about 6 months at Aire now. I'm a bachelor in my mid-late 20s working in tech and enjoying the outdoors. It's the cheapest studio I found when searching North San Jose and the greater Santa Clara area. The unique design offers a divider between the resting and lounge/relaxation area, which compartmentalizes the unit making it feel less overwhelming.
Thus far, it's been a wholesome positive living experience. I live on the 2nd floor, steps away from the garbage/recycling chute (which is a separate room on its own), from my parking location (via stairs) and the amenities - lounge, pool, gym, which are all of utmost quality. The apartment is fairly isolated from any noise in the hallways. The demographic is mainly young couples or families from what I've observed.
I haven't had any major technical issues. My fire alarm unit became detached suddenly, but all I had to do was e-mail management and they fixed it asap when they did their routine inspection. Paperwork and payments are all done via online (make sure to register your bank account/chequings to avoid unnecessary processing fees for e.g. if you paid via credit card).
Although the staff are busy, they are friendly and competent - I've had wonderful interactions with Shokhou and Taylor, who've been prompt in helping me answer any questions, any requests (for e.g. getting keys to Internet hub room for Internet service provider technicians for Internet set-up), or provide me any necessary paperwork. Most of all, they've been gracious in helping me with my transition from Canada to San Jose via remote communication over the phone, from the self check-in instructions on a weekend night, to any follow-up inquiries I had.
Simply, Aire is a wicked place to live. :)
AIRE Apartment is a great place to live. The community is safe, quiet, very walkable, and friendly. We happily spent 4 years here.
It’s a beautifully designed modern building. When you’ll be visiting, please pay attention to how much storage space they allocated in each unit, how well thought out floor plans are. The management team is outstanding! They put residents' needs at their top priority, I have a bunch of stories from my experience! They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They help solve issues, work out leases, host events, and even help with day-to-day needs that make it a nicer place to live. Their positive attitude influences a pleasant community, and is very appreciated! Keep up the awesome work!

* Outstanding response to requests! Outstanding maintenance! (In most cases the maintenance team were resolving our issue 20 minutes after our request. Thanks, Maria and the team! They are always so friendly and quick)
* Excellent quality of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities (with soft closures)
* Google Nest (although the building has excellent thermal insulation, we barely used it)
* High ceiling on the 5th floor
* Water meters in each apartment (you pay only for yourself)
* Thoughtful layouts
* Huge windows with a lot of light ( + soundproof)
* Packages were never stolen or missed
* Enormous showerhead (you will like it) and top-notch faucets made in Germany (Grohe)
* Very smooth walls (we enjoyed full wall movies from our 4K projector, you don’t need a screen)
* Just a few steps to the shuttles of all tech-companies
CONS:
* Sometimes delivery guys get lost in the hallways
Amenities are well-kept and clean.

Been thinking about relocating to San Jose and I’ve been shopping around for a new place. I don’t usually like leaving a review but after my apartment hunting experience I just had to praise the people at Aire Apartments. I can’t remember the leasing agent but I definitely remember the manager Stephanie. She made sure that I was being attended to and made me feel welcomed. I told her that I was just looking for now and I was still unsure about moving and she still treated me really well. The other properties I went to had no leasing agent or manager on site even when the property was huge. And when there was a person there, they were useless. The other places acted like I was a waste of their time! Augh!!!
So here I am taking the time to leave a review because the staff at Aire Apartments took their time to make me feel welcomed. Thank you!

It has been a pleasant journey at Aire within the past 3 years. Nice location, new amenities (love the Nest in each apartment) , and most importantly, great staff. Special shout-out to Jack on the management team and Jeromine on the maintenance team, who have been super friendly, helpful, and prompt in response. They fix things promptly and professionally whenever there’s maintenance request, and they take actions quickly when there’re security concerns. I already start to miss it on the first day of moving out 😢 Highly recommend Aire to anyone who is looking for leasing in North San Jose.
