My girlfriend and I moved to Sharon Pines apartments from CA. After a 2,000 mile drive I met Cherokee who showed us true southern hospitality. She was very honest and real with any question we had, but still gave AMAZING customer service. I needed maintenance to come to my apartment briefly and Karen, at the front desk, had them over 5 minutes after our phone call. Our apartment has new appliances and new carpet. Very grateful to have moved here with this staff!

The Property Assistant Manager (Cherokee) is a huge asset to Sharon Pines Apartments Homes. Cherokee is truly a breath of fresh air that Sharon Pines Apartment Homes was in need of. Her arrival was right on time. Since Cherokee has arrived I notice a lot of positive changes has come about in the office as well as on the property. Cherokee ability to work well with a variety of people including some with very specific demand and high expectation is truly amazing. Cherokee demonstrates impressive detail to each tenant needs. She made our family feel at home and she cares about our needs. This is a very rare trait during this day and time. We are truly blessed to have her overseeing this property. Many thanks to the person that hired her.
