As residents who broke their lease early because of how horrible the living conditions were....don't walk, run away from this building. Problems were there from day 1. We didnt even get to move into the apartment on our move in date because they were still making repairs. Upon move- in, the apartment was in deplorable conditions. Unknowingly, the apartment we moved in to had been a construction site for the past few months. We moved in in April and in the December prior to, the ceilings fell in from a pipe bursting. From layers of dust, to mice poop in the kitchen, to literal holes still existing in the floors, it was horrible, no professional cleaning was done. This was met with months of seriously inconsistent heat, hot water and water damage from the boiler system constantly overflowing. Mice got into the apartment on a weekly basis (thank goodness we have cats). Adding services (like trash valet) to the lease, mid lease. Charge money for trash valet while the entire building is practically falling apart...? They re-did the basement and had vendors working all hours of the night. These workers running around the building, blasting music into the night, laid epoxy with no proper ventilation etc. I love dogs but the entire building is maxed out with dogs that bark all...day...long. The flooring in our bathroom and kitchen were unstable and deeply uneven. We had to plug holes and exposed piping for the safety of our pets/to prevent mice from getting in. Even the ceiling in the common space fell in at one point. I mean every possible way, this apartment failed. Your home is supposed to be a place of peace and stability, this complex caused stressful issues on a daily basis. The prior property management (who still runs the property but under a different LLC) lost a lawsuit in Muncie for how bad the living conditions were. Again, I cant say this enough, if you value your physical, mental, and emotional health, don't even look in the direction of this complex. -10 stars if possible.
