I recently toured apartments at 1Brown with leasing specialist Manny Santos. I can’t say enough good things about Manny and how comfortable he made me feel throughout the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything I neeeded to know about the building and the area it’s in. On top of that just a really really nice guy that handles himself very professionally. I also had the pleasure of meeting the buildings manager Rose, who was also very accommodating and very professional to deal with. A great experience all around with fantastic team of individuals at 1 Brown.

We moved into this building just a few weeks ago. We had some minor issues in our apartment but management was very responsive and helpful. Everything is up running and working as expected. Great job management. Keep up with the excellent service!
