I have lived here for 3 years now and couldn’t imagine living in any other apartment. The size for what you pay is almost unbeatable, as the apartments are very spacious. I’ve never had issues with noise, and I rarely even hear my neighbors or the highway/airport traffic through the walls (so, good insulation). The Community is quiet but still has a good mix of families, young people, and couples. I have never once felt unsafe in this complex, even at night. The complex backs into a nice dog park, walking trail and kids play gym so it will fit the needs of just about anyone. The management is amazing and so sweet. They remember everyone’s names and really make you feel at home. But one of the biggest reasons they are so unique is their maintenance team! They handle all service requests (and I’ve only had a few here and there) with extreme timeliness and follow up to make sure everything is working okay. They really care about their work and trust me, they work hard. Overall my experience has been nothing short of amazing. If you choose Parkside, you will not regret living here.

The apartment complex is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s so quiet and the views of the park are amazing. Evie helped us through the leasing process and was wonderful! She was attentive and so supportive, which my wife and I really appreciated. We are so happy she is part of the management team we deal with now that we’re residents. The manager Yolanda had been so supportive as well, and it’s clear that the everyone on her team genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Both Evie and Yolanda are very friendly and informative. Their help has been invaluable.
