I would put a 6 star if I could. The building have great amenities and i feel always at home because the community is so respectful and so friendly. The staff is top notch, the current manager get things done and prioritize things so properly. We do have situations on which things need repair, and that’s when the Super gets involved in such a professional way, he will do as best as he can to give you a precise estimate and be in touch with you for follow ups. The best thing is the rooftop deck. Not only for the view, but also for the fact that it will never be situations on which you feel packed or uncomfortable with the community, there are rules as it is supposed to be , but also those rules are not aiming to prevent you to enjoy a good sunny day up there.

From replacing outdated elevators to being incredibly responsive to any and all inquiries, she's turned this building into a top-tier residence. It's not just about the physical upgrades; it's about creating an environment where you feel heard and valued. Brenda has done exactly that. Now, onto Tim at the front desk—what a legend! This man is like a second father to me. His energy is infectious, his compassion is boundless, and his thoughtfulness is unparalleled. Tim genuinely cares about the building and its residents, and it shows in every interaction. He's one of the main reasons I've stayed at 15 Cliff for so long. You're not just another tenant to Tim; you're part of the family. Lastly, the location itself is unbeatable. Nestled in the Financial District, 15 Cliff is a hidden gem that continues to improve its resident experience day over day. Whether it's the amenities, the community events, or the overall vibe, this place just keeps getting better.
