Too expensive for such an old place with no amenities. The Hidwell Apartments in Portland Oregon is an old building that they have not torn down but preserved. That being said the rent doubled in less than 4 years after some renovations. New apartments with lots of amenities are half a block away in either direction.

The new management Atlas does nothing but collect rent and overpriced utilities. Dumpster gets left on the curbside all the time, stairs are dirty, package gets stolen. Stay away from this place.
