Centrally located, right on the Max line, easy freeway access and within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and retail shopping locations. The building has studio and 1 BR apartments with all utilities included in the rent and are wired for cable. Easy application process with no lease required. Management is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Constructed in the early 1900's, the building has tons of charm including vintage light fixtures, crown molding, built-in shelves, dressers and cabinets, roll-out Murphy beds, walk-in closets and claw foot tubs. Modern appliances, updated hardwood and tile flooring, and brand-new card operated washer/dryers in the laundry room. Restricted building access to ensure tenant safety and vintage intercom system for guest entry. There are some negatives as well. Noise from the freeway can be loud at times. Homeless people often camp nearby(where downtown don't they though?). There's no on-site parking and neighborhood parking permits are not available so if you own a vehicle parking can get expensive. Lastly, radiators are how they're heated and there are no AC units and bc of the original windows the rooms can be a bit drafty. Overall for the price and considering the excellent location, these apartments are a great value for anyone appreciates a place with character, wants to be downtown, and likes the convenience of paying just rent without a lease.

the worst place i have ever lived. management is awful, hired “security”because of all the people doing drugs and breaking into peoples cars but security is never here when any of that is happening. maintenance never comes when you put in a request and if they do it’s a month later. ridiculously expensive to live in a literal box. you cant drink the water here because it comes out orange, people steal your packages, it’s genuinely the worst place ever.
