I’ve been here for 5 years and the staff has always been great! Always available when needed. The workers at the office are always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance are always on top of fixing issues.

I relocated from MO to Sacramento a few years ago. After carefully looking for a new home I chose The Palms. The location, beautiful apartment and the staff has been amazing. Maintenance is a breeze with options to request online or go into the office. No other place is open 7 days a week to make sure that all is well. It’s a very happy place to live. I recommend staying here. Clarice #159
